Penguin With a Sparkler in the Snow coloring page

About this coloring page

A penguin holds a sparkler in the snow, a small celebration in the cold. It works for both New Year and winter pages.

Coloring ideas

• Use black or dark gray for the penguin's back, white for the belly and orange for the beak and feet.
• Draw the sparkler's lines in yellow and white.
• Leave the snow white and shade lightly with pale blue.
• Color the sky dark blue so the sparkler glows.

Making a sparkler glow

Use light yellow and white against a dark background. A white gel pen adds tiny sparks around the tip.

More cold-weather pages are on our winter coloring pages and New Year coloring pages.
